Terms of use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

By using Kipto you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Kipto is

Kipto is a free beta tool that uses AI to suggest trip plans, places and ideas. It is not a travel agency. It doesn't book or sell flights, hotels, reservations or tickets, and it doesn't take payments.

Check before you book

• Plans are written by AI and can contain mistakes, including wrong dates, schedules, prices, hours or places.
• Prices are rough estimates, not quotes.
• Always confirm details on the official or booking site before you buy anything or travel. You're responsible for your own bookings and plans.

Other sites

Kipto links to other websites. We don't control them, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Using it fairly

Don't use Kipto for anything illegal, don't try to break or overload it, and don't use it to get around its usage limits. We may limit or block access to keep the service working for everyone.

No guarantees

Kipto is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available, accurate or right for your needs. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using it or relying on its suggestions.

Changes

We may change Kipto or these terms as the beta grows. If we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. Questions? Email huttonleverett22@gmail.com.

This is a plain-language starting point for a beta, not legal advice. Have someone qualified review it before Kipto charges money or grows large.
